LATITUDE MEMBERSHIP

We travelled on the Norwegian Wind to Alaska in September 2002. We had a wonderful time and could not fault the cruise, BUT we have never received our Latitude Membership? Has anyone else had the same problem. We have had no success in emailing Norwegian Cruise Lines to ascertain why we have not received our Latitude Membership - there has just always been NO RESPONSE TO OUR EMAILS!!!!! We are really frustrated,and annoyed, especially as we have booked again for a cruise out of Hawaii in August 2003. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

You can call the Latitudes membership hot line at 1-800-343-0098 or if you live in Florida
305-436-4872. Just give them your name and they will look up the Latitudes number for you. Once they begin sending you brochures on specials, you will see your Latitudes number on the back of the flyer. Good Luck. Try the NCL Dawn you will love it.

Even our TA has not had any success through the New Zealand NCL representative.

You need to fax NCL the following information to:
(305)436-4127
Fax your:
Name & Date of birth
Address
Telephone
Fax #
E-mail
Date of Sailing
Proof of sailing (Receipt, booking number)

And they will set up an account for you. It's normally takes 3 to 5 business days.
