I'm waitlisted for The NCL Spirit on 3/24 for a balcony cabin. My travel agent says I'm first in line if there is a cancellation. Does anybody know or have any expereince with waitlisting. How good or bad do you think my chances are of actually getting onboard or should I make plans to stow away? Thanks for your input.

I would say your chances are very good if you are number one on the waitlist.
