I have just called the NCL office and there are only two cabins left on the 10/18 cruise (superior ocean view) and they are on the 4th deck (Biscayne) ... # 499 and 4981 near the stern. Any suggestions?

#499 would definately be the best choice as it is on starboard side. The cabin on the port side is right above the garbage area on deck 3 and it can be noisy during nighttime when the garbage guys work.

In both cabins you can feel some vibrations from the propellers, but not so much.

The voice of experience! Too bad they don't show things like garbage areas on posted deck plans, or the crew lounges (I've heard they can be pretty loud sometimes!).

Totally agree, Dave. I love to study drawings of ships (GA plans) where everything is shown.

However, he doesn't need to worry about the crew bar on the Majesty as it is located all the way down on deck 1, next to the Engine Control Room

We have not booked ... bummer. Plans changed and we couldn't make the decision in time.

Next year we will get in the game sooner.
