NCL doesn't explicitly state its rules, other than that no intoxicating beverages can be brought on board. Yet, that's not entirely true. I'll have to pull out my documents, yet I remember that when boarding the ship initially, you can bring a couple of bottles of wine IF it is in a carry-on, you declare it during embarkation, and pay a corkage fee at the terminal. At ports of call (which is your question) they follow the same rules as the others--that is, they will hold the bottles and return them to you at some point prior to disembarkation.
