I've always cruised on Royal Caribbean and love formal nights. Does anyone dress formal on NCL??

I dress up, and I'm not alone. I've found that the evening dress on NCL has, despite its informal reputation, been similar to that of other lines. You won't see a lot of tuxedos in the Caribbean on NCL, yet there are typically a few. I've worn an evening gown on occasion, and did not feel out of place. Go with what's comfortable for you. Hi 94sunshine, welcome to CruiseReviews! I'm with LisaP, I enjoy dressing up for dinner and I've never been the only one. We sailed on the Epic last year and the Sky this year. I dressed every evening and found not too many people that were not dressed nicely. I really enjoy dressing for dinner because where we live a new pair of jeans or tennis shoes is considered dressing up:) I hope you enjoy your NCL cruise, I've always had a wonderful time. If you're sailing on the Epic, she's a really incredible ship!
