topless deck on norwegian sea?

does anyone know if the norwegian sea has a topless deck? my girlfriend likes to lay topless and this was allowed on certain decks on carnival.

I don't believe there is one. Carnival is the only cruise line, familiar to most Americans, anyway, that I am aware of that has such a space.
