eDocs / Savings Certificates

I am able to print my eDocs today for my upcoming cruise in July. There is a link that I am supposed to click in order to print my savings certificates. However, when I click the link, I get an error telling me that the file is damaged and cannot be repaired.

Is there another place I can go to print these or is this it?

Did you ever find out how you do this? I can't even get a link of the e-docs!!
