Do they provide clothes hangers in the closets in your cabin and if so, how many? Should I bring extra? I'm starting to pack now that I'm down to a little over 2 weeks and would like to know. Thanks all!

Usually around two dozen.

Rather than bringing extra hangers, I find there are enough if you double up a little - two skirts on one that clips, sweater and pants on same hanger, etc.

Great, thanks everyone. I'll probably still bring some with me though...lol.

I've been known to slip extra hangers in my luggage in the past - but with the cost of checking bags and extra weight tariffs, I don't do that anymore. Since we arrived a day early on our last cruise, I was able to pick up extra hangers at a dollar store that was across the street from our hotel and I just left them in the closet. Hangers are always a problem in a ship's cabin . . it also helps to double hang - shirts over slacks and or skirts, etc.

We keep our clothes in the bags from the cleaners and on the hangers from the cleaners. However, we drive, so don't have to worry about any extra weight. Flying, we'd probably still do the same thing, though. The bags seem to help to keep the clothes from getting too wrinkled. Susanmaz had an excellent suggestion.

There are usually plenty of hangers, and you can ask for more if needed....we get the cheapy ones from the Dollar Store and just leave them on the ship.....Happy Sailing....and nobody really cares if you have a few wrinkles....on your clothing that is:-)....
