Default Atlantis Bahamas
NCL has an excursion to Atlantis waterpark. Can you purchase tickets to the waterpark without an NCL excursion?

You do not have to purchase the tickets from the cruise line. You can buy them at the resort. Note that they are capacity controlled though, and they could close the sales at the resort depending on demand.
