quiet cabin near sundeck?

Hi, Iam a first time cruiser and am planning to go on the Majesty sailing from Boston. I will be going with my able father and my not very able mother. Can anyone out there tell me if the cabins on the promanade deck are very busy? Can a lounge chair be put outside out cabin door for my Mom to relax in. She suffers from chronic pain due to arthrits and so even using a wheel chair to get from deck to deck will be tiring for her.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
