Excursions
 

I have not cruised in many years. Traveling on Dawn in April with 2 children ages 9&11, to Honduras , Belize....should I book excursions ahead of time or on ship? Any one use ship mate app to book them? Is it reliable? Any excursion suggestions??? Thanks for Any help!!

Something to consider: the more popular excursions--the kind in which a nine and eleven year old might be interested, very often fill up long before the cruise. I would talk it over with the kids, see if there are any they would really like to do, and then reserve them right away. The more general "Best Of . . ." type excursions can usually be booked at the last minute or even onboard.
