Aside from the two main dining rooms and the lido buffet, the Blue Lagoon is also no charge. It is described as a food court offering light snacks, and is located on Deck 8.

The larger of the main dining rooms, Tsar's Palace, is absolutely stunning, IMO.

I also found this, just to close the loop on all the dining choices:

Extra-fee dining with varying fees are: Chin-Chin Asian Restaurant, Teppanyaki Room (located in Chin-Chin's - like Benihana or a Japanese steak house), Cagney's Steakhouse, Mama's Italian Kitchen, Le Bistro French Restaurant, Tango's Latin Tapas Restaurant and the Sushi & Sake Bar.

The Blue Lagoon is opened 24 hours and has items like Fish & Chips, Spinach dip with Chips, soups etc In the AM it had items like muffins etc, coffee and tea I forget what else and it is all included in the cruise price
I enjoyed Le Bistro and Cagneys very much. I was there in Oct and I do believe Le Bistro was $20 each and Cagneys $25 each.
