Is it going to be to cold to swim in the pools on the ship On May 23rd when we go on our Alaska cruise..We are going on the pearl..

We bought the spa package on the Pearl last year, worth every penny.

how much was the spa package..i wanna do something like that too but im scares of the prices..

When you're actually cruising in Alaskan waters, it will be too cool to swim in outdoor pools no matter what time of year you go. In fact, many ships replace the towels they normally have near the pool with woolen blankets for those who want to stand outside near a glacier, to watch the world go by.

If you are starting and/or ending in Vancouver or Seattle, you may get a day when you can swim before or after you're up in Alaska.

I'm actually going on the same cruise, however as I am travelling from Europe for this cruise, I'm mainly interested on what type of clothes to bring while inside the ship. Is it cold? airconditioned?
