Does NCL have self debarkation like Carnival does??

They do, (at least the NCL ships we have sailed on). We tried it once when we docked in Seattle, worked ok.

We are going on the Jewel this spring out of Miami. Thanks.

If I remember right, you have to be off the ship by 7:30 if you choose the express departure...and you have to carry all of your own baggage off with you and there will be no people from the ship that will help you...If you have an early flight that's the best way to go....if your flight is much later, have breakfast and leave before 10....

Happy Sailing,

We were late in disembarking a couple of weeks ago in Miami, from the Star. It was a bit of a zoo as the ship was not cleared for some time, something to do with sniffy puppies and baggage. We got off around 9:30, just after the passengers who self disembarked. The shuttle was a bit off an issue to Ft Lauderdale as the bus had lots of room for people and not enough for bags, we eventually got on the road about 10:45, folks were lining up to board for the next cruise!
