I am cruising on the Epic on 8/21/10. Will I get any service on my Blackbeery while the ship is at sea? Will I incur additional charges from the cruise line for texts or e-mails that I recieve/send while on board?

Look HERE for info on NCL's cellular service. Those international roaming fees can add up.
