Scuba shore excursions

We're set to sail on the SUn on 11/27 and have already booked several shore excursions. After reading some of the posted comments, I realize that we can book excursions privately and save big $$. My son and I are divers but my wife is not. Does any one have any suggestions? Our itinerary is Grand Cayman, Belize, Roatan, and Cozumel.

On Cozumel at Playa Palancar, you can arrange a dive trip where your wife can snorkel above you folks while you are diving Palancar Reef. This might make everyone happy. Just a suggestion.
