Mert- The "extra" charges you see are most likely credit holds that they put on your card at check in to verify that a) the card is good and chargeable and b) there is enough available credit to cover the cruise expenses.
Call your credit card company and ask if these were holds.. if they were, sometimes it takes a week or two for them to clear up.. but you should end up with just the expense charges when all is done. But Billy gave good advice... contact your card company and ask about them so they can at least tag them as questionable so you will not be responsible for them if they end up being truly fraudulent
