Personally, I didn't see anything wrong with it. However, I understand they want to offer more water toys. I truly enjoyed being able to swim/snorkel without having the water/sand roughed up. It would be fun to check out more of the island, though http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...on_biggrin.gif

They have so much undeveloped land there that I believe they'll be able to do this right without spoiling the rustic nature of the place.

That's true, it's a nice size island. I thought it was fun hopping off the tender, right at the beach. Very convenient, too.

Personally I'd prefer it the way it is - unspoiled (if you can call a small beach filled up with 2000 people unspoiled) and natural, but I do understand the need to upgrade the Island to be able to compete with for example RCCL who has had a great development.

I also see the need to improve facilities for baby strollers, wheelchairs etc.
