Latitudes Number

I cruised with NCL in fall of 2000 and just booked my second cruise with them for next summer to Hawaii. My problem is NCL says I am not in there database for a Latitude #. I know we have one cuz I have it but again NCL doesn't have it registered to me now. We cruised on the Norwegian Sea which is no longer with NCL. How can I find out my Latitude #???

Do you have any proof of your last cruise? Usually if they don't have you listed if you have a ticket or even know the date of sailing they will add it to your Latitudes (a new one in your case). I had a similar problem with one cruise that I wasn't credited but I called them with the date of sailing and ship, they found me and credited me. I believe they would be able to do the same for you as long as you can figure out exactly what day you sailed.

I had not sailed since the late 90"s and lost my Latitudes number , called their customer service just the other day since I was booking a cruise, they found my old latitudes info instantly without any problem with just my name, got me a nice discount on my current booked cruise...
