Our Norwegian Sun cruise in late September is visiting Bergen, Alesund, Shetland Islands, Thorshavn, Reykjavik and several cities in the British Isles. Should we book side trips through NCL or attempt to handle this ourselves using local transportation? If you have any information regarding the side trips offered by NCL would you please share the details? Also, would you recommend taking side trips at each stop or spreading out a few trips over the duration of the cruise? Thanks for your help.
