Adjoining Rooms

Does anyone know how adjoining room rates work? If I was to get a romantic suite (category AD), would I have to pay full fare for passengers in the adjoining room?

Yes, you would have to pay the 1st & 2nd person double occupancy rate. An adjoining cabin only means it is the cabin right next to yours and has a door that could open into your cabin.
