I bought the teen passports for my daughters to have 20 pops each. Water costs only when you buy the bottled water, (evian or mineral water). I took my own bottled water, and when it was finished, just had it filled up again at the bars or sports bar/grill. No charge for that.

how many water bottles can you take on the cruise? Can you take a cooler???

I've heard that the water used on the ship is basically distilled water, the purest kind so don't be afraid of drinking it.
