NCL Dawn 9 Day Caribbean - What to do??

My boyfriend and I are cruising (first vacation together!) the Caribbean starting 11/20. I am having a hard time finding reasonably priced excursions and ideas of things to do on the ports. Our first stop is Samana. I really would like to go to Playa Rincon. I hear the best way to get there is take a taxi to Las Galeras and then a boat to Playa Rincon. Any other ideas on how to get there or things we should definitely see? Tortula is our next stop which I booked an excursion to see the Baths. Then we stop at Antigua, Barbados and St. Kitts. The last three stops I have no ideas! Any tips would really help us. I am starting to stress because we leave in a week!

Sometimes there is really only one way to do things as you have noted about Samana.

One word of caution about Antigua. As you may have read, back in September some American cruisers got into trouble when they foolishly decided to fight with police after they were allegedly ripped off by a taxi driver. Be aware that if you use a taxi on Antigua you need to be very clear on the price. Make sure you understand (both you and the driver) what the total cost will be if you are doing a round trip. Apparently there have been several problems with Antiguan cabbies being vague about initially quoted prices only being for the first half of the trip. Sort of a bait and switch. Just be clear and you'll be okay.
