I'm sorry your cruise has been cancelled and that you have not received a refund, yet. However, the accident on the "Norway" happened only five weeks ago (not two months!) and please keep in mind that NCL has to make arrangements for approximately 38,000 people (19 cancelled cruises) to get their money back. This simply takes some time. This is unfortunate for each individual traveler, but this is not because the cruise line is not willing to give you the money back, but because there are so many people and they cannot process all cases within a couple of weeks. This has happened to me before, as well (not with NCL), and it took a couple of months until I got the money back.
