They send us faxes daily or email with news update! it the time allows.
We are then suppose to aide by informing our clients and in many cases NCL do offer some sort of incentive to the clients that are already booked or will transfer them to another sailing of their choice without penalties.
But you really need to work with an agent to be on top of these things. NCL can't contact everyone and sometimes as the gentleman before stated it's at the last minute when no one can do anything but disregard the prior plans and do what is in the best interest of the passengers and ship.
