Policy of NCL re canceling an excursion

Can anyone tell me what the NCL policy is re canceling a pre-booked excursion before the cruise? I am thinking we overbooked ourselves and I would like to know the penalties of canceling, but can't find them on their website or in any of the materials in signing up or getting confirmation...

you must cancel within 24 hours prior to your excursion to get a full refund. You can call the excursion desk for NCl @ 1 866 635 1163 to confirm if I am correct.
