Hello again! I´d like to thank all those who hepled me with this issue and I´d also like to tell you that I finally have my Latitudes number! Now I just need to know how to get all those benefits they talk about in NCL website. Do I have to tell my travel agent about it, so that he can notify NCL or should I do something else in order to get the invitation to the captain´s cocktail party, discounts on tours, easier embarkation, etc. on my next cruise? Thanks again!

Just let your agent know that you are a Lattitudes member and give them your #number. From there you will be eligible for all the "perks".

I hope NCL has improved their attitude towards Latitudes in recent years. After 18 cruises on SS Norway, I was amazed at the indifference the company treated its repeat passengers!

We are Latitudes members but never received an invitation to the repeaters party on our last cruise. When we questioned them we were told we could just go if we felt like it. I doubt if our names were in the bowl for any of the prizes that were awarded even though they filled out a paper with our names at the door. I don't see much of any benefits to being a Latitude member except that the drinks at the party were a welcome perk. I'd check with the front desk to make sure they have you name.

Thank you, RichC. I think I´ll check with the front desk as soon as I get on board. Anyway, I´ve read many opinions about this membership, and most of the people are quite happy with it. In fact, they have recieved many benefits so far. Let me be optimistic and keep my ilusions .
