We're arriving one day early in Miamo prior to a Mercury cruise. Any recommendations for a hotel not too far from the port, near restaurants and shopping?

I think you could get the Intercontinental, Fountain Blue, Best Western Four Points.

You MUST go to PRIMA PASTA on 71st Street, in Miami Beach.

We will stay the night before the cruise at Howard Johnsons Plaza -
Anyone who have stayed there? Is it ok?

Hi, we are staying at Holiday Inn Marina Park on Biscayne Blvd. It's right across the street from Bayside Market place which has 150 shops and restaurants. I have heard there is also a Walgreens and a liquor store near by. You can also see the port from the hotel. Hope this helps.

take the Days Inn CIVIC Center , you pay not more
the 58 Dollar( per room ) , inclusive free shuttle ( free !! pick up from the airport and free transport to the port of Miami( also they offer a free shuttle to bayside marketplace ) What you wnat more ? Great Deal !!!
