Deep Sea Fishing in Huatulco Mexico

I just booked a fishing excursion in Huatulco, Mexico while on my Panama Canal cruise....Has anyone fished these waters?...I've been on other deep sea fishing excursions, but only in the Caribbean....Anyway help would be appreciated...

Bob, I'm not a fisherman so all I know is what I hear; and I hear that the whole West Coast of Mexico is primo deep sea fishing territory.
