Transfers from Orlando

Hi all,

can anyone advise us of Transfer options from Orlando to Port Canaveral. We are a family of five (kids are 12, 9 and 5) and will be staying at Universal before the cruise then returning to Disney. Is it worth staying overnight in Port Canaveral (we also want to see the Space Centre)

If you want to see the space center than an overnight along the Space Coast would be a great addition to your itinerary. There are a number of transfer companies available ad information can be found on the PortCanaveral web site. Here is a link to that information:

I told someone else about this place and we love it. There is a resort Ron Jon Cape Caribe right on the port where you can see the ships go in and out that we love to stay. We have kids the same ages as yours and there is alot to do with them. It has water slide, lazy river, indoor play place, movie theatre and putt-putt. My kids LOVE it. It is only about 10 miles from NASA and during a lift off you can go on the balconies and see it.
Make sure if you get time you go to the pier where all the locals hang out at the beach and watch the surfing. There is a great ice cream place right beside the pier there too!
