For anyone interested in cooking, I just returned from an RCL cruise in which I booked the Mexican cooking excursion in Cozumel. It was a lot of fun. They bus you to Playa Mia beach where cooking stations are set up under a pavillion on the beach. A chef guides you through the preparation of a three course meal which you then eat. There is also an open bar for all participants. Afterwards, there is a couple of hours to take in the beach and its all inclusive amenities. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in cooking or even food. You even get your own chef's hat.
