Ports in Asia

We will be doing an Osaka to Seattle cruise next spring. Just wondering if anyone has been to Osaka, Nagasaki, Sapporo or Pusan? We are slowly starting to research the ports (25% of the fun of cruising is reaserching.), but some "live" feedback would be appreciated.

What a great itinerary. I have not been to any of those ports, but would love to hear about them when you return.
