Looking for some info on parking for a Holland America cruise going out of San Diego. Can anyone tell me what the parking situation is for private vehicles? Thanks

Hi Judy and welcome to cruise chat. there are at least two if not three long term parking lots right by the ships.

Hi judykay, I couldn't find any Info on HAL's site. I found some pretty detailed Info on CCL's.

As you can see, there is one lot literally across the street from the pier; and as Gary says, several others within two blocks.

the Comfort Inn is a great place to stay if you are looking for port parking. I would also stay at some San Diego Beach Hotels because they are usually near some great port parking.

If you are staying at some San Diego Beach Hotels you will have great opportunities for parking. Also the Comfort Inn has some extra parking that they use for ports.

Actually the <a href ="http://sandiego.nyctourist.com/comfort-inn-san-diego.php" target="_blank">Comfort Inn San Diego</a> is pretty inconsistent.
