I will be going on the Diamond Princess to the Mexican Rivera (Cabo, Mazatlan, and Pt Vallarta) in December. I wanted to know what excursions are really good.

Are you a beach person or prefer city sights? Do you enjoy sport fishing, snorkeling, shopping, local color? If you share a little bit about what kinds of things interest you - we might be able to make helpful suggestions.
