Need Help!!

My wife and I are going to Cozumel and we want to snorkel but the one we booked is just a booze snorkel so we canceled it. What is the best way to snorkel on Cozumel? Booking a shore excursion or finding a place on our own? The cruise that we are taking is the Splendour of the Seas and we go to Cozumel on 1-6-05. Please help.

You can easily do Cozumel on your own. The beaches are easily accessible by taxi and many offer rental gear for snorkeling. If you really want to do some decent snorkeling probably Playa Palancar would be your best choice. Mr. Sancho's also offers snorkeling and is a great beach that provides all the amenities.
