Help choosing excursions in Costa Maya, Belize, Santo Tomas, and Cozumel

The wife and I are looking at these excursions. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

For Costa Maya, Either Chacchoben or Kohunlich.

For Santo Tomas de Castilla, Thinking about Quirgua Archeaological Explorer or Banana Plantation and Borderline Explorer.

For Belize City, either Lamanai, or Xunantunich

For Cozumel, Atlantis Submarine AND Sea Trek Helmet Dive.
