How to make the most of our stops

My husband and I are first time cruisers and are unfamiliar with the ports of call we will be stopping at. Does anyone have any tips, experiences, suggestions on the following places:Half Moon Cay,j Bahamas
Ocho Rios, Jamaica,
George Town, Grand Cayman,
Cozumel, Mexico.
We want to make the most of our stops and would really appreciate any input.
