Huatulco, Mexico

Has anyone been to this port. It is the only additional port to a 10 day Panama Canal Cruise but is $500 for this cruise (3 days at sea) verses the other 10 cruise without Huatulco, Mexico (4 days at sea) so I'm wondering if its worth it?

If I am understanding your question correctly, no, a stop at Huatulco is not worth an additionl $500.00. It is a beautiful, well planned, well manicured, and very clean resort town with beautiful beachfront resorts, much like Ixtapa; but hardly worth an extra $500.00. I would much prefer an extra sea day at the lesser price.
