Record Weekend at Port Everglades
 

The Sun Sentinel reports a record-breaking weekend at Port Everglades with 8 ships each day--Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It must have been fun getting to and from the airport.

It's odd how so many ships have left Miami and moved to Port Everglades, leaving the port of Miami hardly ever stressed.

Those that book early air schedules should take this into consideration.

Not all,,,Regent is moving to Miami port
 

and may be due to terrible embarkation problems experienced on my last trip starting in Port Everglades,,and a few before.We waited 3 hrs. due to "computer problem" and sat with no food,no info,hard chairs,,etc..a LOT of angry passengers.And NOT the "luxury" experience I had expected with Regent..Thank heavens it got better onboard and I enjoyed the cruise.
