I am an avid Mountain Bike Rider. I'll be in st. lucia in january, and was wondering if anybody has any experience Mountain Biking in the caribbean. This place ( http://www.bikestlucia.com/ ) looks pretty cool. They appear to have good equipment and well maintained trails, but I was wondering if anybody had first hand experience.
