I have seen on two websites the dives are at noon and/or 1 pm on the day the ship darts from the port...does anyone know which is it and how long is the "show?"...thanks

Most of the sites on a Google search said 1:00 p.m.; one said 12:45. As I recall, the show is about 20 minutes.
