Southern Caribbean excursions?

Thought I already posted here, but will try again anyway. Early Dec on the Empress. Ports:San Juan, St Maarten, Antigua, St Kitts, St Lucia, Barbados, Margarita Is, Curacao, Aruba. Any suggestions for excursions. We are fifty and change, fit. We like to hike, snorkel, do outdoor adventure trips, also enjoy historical spots.
