I see hardly any reviews about this small ship & plan to go Alaska (which I love) May 2009. Know AK very well, but appreciate more info on the ship. I see not refurb'ed since 2002 (hmmm). Luv that mostly all adults, small, ~ 600 and no frills looks like (AK is the thrill). Any other comments please?

We have not sailed on the Pacific but have sailed on the sister ships of Oceania.
The ships are a great size easy getting off & on ..no line ups.
Doesn't take you long to get anywhere on the ship
the cabins are comfortable not huge, showers are small but work just fine
They have 1 pool

Hi Jessica Rabbit 725, we just returned from the Royal. I really enjoyed the small ship ambience. You get to know more of the crew, it's easy to find your way around, and the Royal was beautiful.
