Does Princess still offer a soft drink card for fountain drinks? If so, how much is it and do they have the cherry flavor of coke or pepsi or just the basics? The only info I could find on their website is about a six-pack of Coke.
I know they still have it, or did as of October; but we don't drink soft drinks so I can't tell you what they have or how much it is. I'm certain someone else will know.
We don't drink them either. They do have the soda stickers, though, at least in November. I believe it's around $6/day pp. I haven't seen Cherry Coke, but I'm sure they'd put some Cherry juice in it for you.
UNLIMITED FOUNTAIN SODA PROGRAM

specially made for Princess Cruises. This program entitles the named
card holder to Unlimited Fountain Soda for the entire 7-day cruise at no
extra cost. Available Fountain Sodas are Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite,
Tonic Water, Ginger Ale and Soda Water. 15% gratuity will be added.
Please note that Non-Alcoholic cocktails, fruit juices and canned
sodas are not part of this package. This promotion is unavailable
through room service or in Princess Cays
Also note that the day spent at Princess Cays, if you go there there, is no fountain soda available on the island & you are force to purchase soda in a can.
We purchase the Pop card last June on the Diamond and it was a great idea. The only catch is that you must purchase the card upon arriving on board. You are not allow to purchase it any time afterward. Plus we were not charge any 15% tip. We had about 5 to 10 cups per day, so it pay for itself.
That is indeed curious; our last couple of cruises they were pushing the soda cards several days into the cruise. And the gratuity may have been included in the price in such a way that you didn't notice it.
But yes, at 5-10 a day it is definitely a good buy.
Thank you very much for this information. That is a very reasonable price (it works out to $3.95 per day) considering in the past I have drank an entire two liter in one day AND I get a souvenir cup to take home to my darling daughter (one less thing to buy).
Now the question is, can I take my nifty cup with me to all of the dining rooms as well or is it limited to the lounges and bars?
