Don't I recall something about low sulfur fuel being used right now in LA. I think I read that they switch over from the regular fuel only when required.

You've also got all that high priced gas for your cars which should mean the best air quality in the nation.

Yes it should; however the biggest polluters (and I don't want to get political here) get a free pass--so it's a zero sum game.
