Cruisetour luggage limits

I am going on a Australia/New Zealand cruise tour in January, 2010. As we are flying from Canada we are allowed significant luggage. The "tour" portion of our cruisetour also involves 3 short flights within Australia. Will we be allowed to bring all of our luggage with us and will we be able to leave some of it in Sydney (where the tour portion starts as well as where we return to begin the cruise)?

We will be cruising on the Diamond Princess following the tour portion. Any information, suggestions, answers, etc. is very welcome.

Princess will give you specific instructions on your luggage. Most likely they will have you pack a small bag of things you may need, and they will hold the rest.
