Grand Princess - staterooms

Has anyone had a oceanview room on Lido and/or a balcony room on Emerald deck - Grand Princess? How was the sound/noise on Lido? I'm curious because a friend was assigned a cabin on Lido while I was assigned the balcony on Emerald directly above the stage, which I'm sure would be noisy at night...

Good friends of ours usually book the Emerald Deck balcony cabins, and tell me they've never heard anything from the lounge below. In fact, we booked one of these cabins on Grand Princess for next spring.

Hi Lisa...we too are going on the Grand Princess next spring...March 31. We are on the DOlphin Deck in one of the Vista Suites.
