I guess "firm" was the wrong discription for the lobster. Everyone at the table agreed it wasn't very good because it had a mushy texture.
As far as the cremora goes the only reason I put something that petty in was to show if that was the worse we could come up with Princess did a heck of a job.

Be prepared if you order the King Crab it is served HOT! which make it taste like paste. The legs were huge no complaint there but King Crab is not something to be served hot. JHMO

Thanks for the info on the Emerald. Iam cuising in august and appreciate your info.

F-mattox on HAL the dinners in the Pinical Grill were very good and did not cost that much extra. They were well worth it in atmosphere and lack of commotion that you get in the main dinning room.
