does anyone know what time i can actually get on board the oceana going out of southamton,i have an official boarding time of 2pm,but can i get on any earlier? also, is lunch available?

It all depends on when they clear the ship and get all the passengers fom the last cruise off. The crew needs time to prepare the ship for the next cruise before the new passengers embark. They could start boarding as early as 11:30-12:00pm.
