Hi Big Boy Cruiser, welcome to Cruise-Chat. You cannot bring back food items or shells. Was there something in particular you are wanting to purchase?

No, the worm has been totally sterilized I do think there is a limit of 2 bottles per person without having to pay duty on it, unless you're going to St. Thomas. Maybe you can check it out here

Sea shells are classified as animals by Customs. I know, I know....but that is the law. And trust me, they may ask you. It happened to me last year while leaving the Freedom Of The Seas. We had some shells and we were required to retrieve them from our baggage and surrender them before leaving the customs area.

In their defense, Customs is trying to keep diseases out of the U.S. And there is a possibility, however small, that even shells from dead sea creatures could harbor something. Google it.

Hi, we have Sea shells in our procession all the time and no one has ever took these away from us. I guess it depend on the person at custom.
